There and then I made a decision to change and that's where my personal development journey began. I started by investing in a training course with one of Bob Proctor's top global consultants. At one of her events I met Eric, a health coach who introduced me to the concept of medicinal mushrooms infused in coffee and tea.

All the things I needed to make the changes in my life were presented to me. This was a turning point in my life where I became all about decisive action and moving towards a warrior state of mind when it came to my health, fitness and lifestyle.
